Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use socalhairco.com, including people with disabilities. The site is built to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we keep improving it.

What we do

• The whole site works with a keyboard, with a skip-to-content link and a visible focus indicator.
• Product and shade images have alternative text; icon buttons have labels.
• High text contrast (black on white), and text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.
• Works with screen readers (VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA) and respects your system's "reduce motion" setting.
• The entire site is available in English and Spanish.
• The camera shade matcher is optional: every shade can also be browsed and chosen as text.

If something doesn't work for you

Email customercare@socalhairco.com with "Accessibility" in the subject and tell us what happened and what assistive technology you use. We reply within one business day and, if you prefer, we'll help you order by email, phone or in the store.

Third-party content

Payment runs on Stripe, Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm, which have their own accessibility pages and policies. If you run into trouble paying, email us and we'll help you complete the order.
