These terms apply to your use of socalhairco.com and your purchases from SocalHairCo. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and colors

We do our best to show colors accurately, but they can look different depending on your screen and lighting. The shade matcher is a guide based on your photo and does not guarantee an exact match. Each pack weighs approximately 125 grams.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If an item is unavailable or was priced in error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If you choose to pay over time with Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm or another provider, that plan is subject to their approval and their own terms.

Shipping, returns and exchanges

For questions about shipping, returns or exchanges, email us at customercare@socalhairco.com before or after your purchase and we'll help.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Using the product

Our extensions are human hair. Follow the care instructions, use a heat protectant with hot tools, and stop using them if you feel discomfort. Results vary by hair type.
